🚀 Quick Start Guide
1. Import Your First Video
- • Click the "Import Video" button on your dashboard
- • Paste any YouTube URL
- • Wait for processing to complete (usually within 30 seconds)
- • A worksheet will be created (usually 1 - 2 minutes)
2. View Your Auto-Generated Worksheet
- • Your first worksheet is created automatically when the video processes
- • Click "View Worksheet" from the dashboard or Videos tab
- • Review the AI-generated questions and key points
- • Share the public URL with learners or use it yourself
3. Create More Worksheets or Collections
- • Click "Create Worksheet" to generate additional worksheets with different difficulty levels
- • Organize related videos into collections for learners
- • Edit existing worksheets to customize questions and content
- • Track completion analytics in your dashboard

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How long does video processing take?
Processing typically takes less than 30 seconds for most videos.
How long does workbook generation take?
Workbook generation takes 1-3 minutes. when it's complete, and the workbook will appear in your Workbooks tab with the first worksheet ready to view. You can create additional worksheets from there.
What video formats are supported?
Currently, we support YouTube videos with available transcripts. The video must be publicly accessible and have auto-generated or manual captions. Shorts and private videos are not supported at this time.
What are the usage limits?
Free accounts can import 2 videos, up to 5 hours each, and create 2 worksheets per month. Essential accounts have a 15 video limit, up to 5 hours per video and unlimited worksheets. Advanced accounts have a 30 video limit, up to 5 hours per video and unlimited worksheets.
Can I edit worksheets after they're generated?
Yes, worksheets are editable, you can modify questions, add hints, and customize content after generation. Just go to the Workbooks tab, select your workbook, and click "Edit". You can also regenerate the worksheet if needed.

Video Processing Failed
Common causes and solutions:
- • Video is private or unavailable - ensure it's public
- • No transcript available - try a different video
Usage Limit Reached
When you hit monthly limits:
- • Limits reset monthly
- • Upgrade for up to 30 video imports per month
