- • Your video will appear in the Videos tab

- • Go to the Videos tab and find your processed video
- • Click "Create Workbook" next to your video
- • Customize the title, description, and difficulty level
- • Click "Generate Workbook" and wait for AI processing
3. Share Your Workbook
- • Once generated, go to the Workbooks tab
- • Click "View" to see your workbook
- • Copy the public URL to share with learners
- • Track completion analytics in your dashboard

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
How long does video processing take?
Video processing typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on video length. You'll see a progress indicator and can continue using the dashboard while it processes.
How long does workbook generation take?
Workbook generation using AI takes 3-10 minutes. You'll receive a notification when it's complete, and the workbook will appear in your Workbooks tab.
What video formats are supported?
Currently, we support YouTube videos with available transcripts. The video must be publicly accessible and have auto-generated or manual captions.
What are the usage limits?
Free accounts can import 2 videos and create 2 workbooks per month. Pro accounts have unlimited usage. Check your Usage Stats card for current limits. Maximum video length is 10 minutes for free accounts, 30 minutes for Pro and 60 minutes for Creator accounts.
Can I edit workbooks after they're generated?
Yes, workbooks are editable, you can modify questions, add hints, and customize content after generation. Just go to the Workbooks tab, select your workbook, and click "Edit". You can also regenerate the workbook if needed.
🔧 Troubleshooting
Video Processing Failed
Common causes and solutions:
- • Video is private or unavailable - ensure it's public
- • No transcript available - try a different video
- • Video too long - try videos under 60 minutes
- • Server overload - try again in a few minutes
Workbook Generation Stuck
If workbook generation seems stuck:
- • Wait up to 15 minutes for complex videos
- • Refresh the page to check status
- • Try creating a new workbook if it fails
- • Contact support if issues persist
Usage Limit Reached
When you hit monthly limits:
- • Limits reset monthly
- • Upgrade for unlimited usage
